How to Order

Placing an Order with Little Oak Designs is easy! Once you have decided on a stationery design you can place your order by either filling in the Customer Order Form or by calling us. You can email, fax or post the Order Form to us. A 50% deposit is payable at this time. Payments can be made by cheque, bank draft, bank transfer or postal order. (Bank to Bank transfer or PayPal).

Within 5 working days of receiving your Order Form and deposit we will send you out an initial set of your stationery for you to proof read. It is extremely important that you carefully examine your stationery proofs to ensure all spellings of names and venues, punctuation, dates and times are correct. Please email Little Oak Designs immediately with any corrections. Once proofs have been signed on the back and returned (indicating that they have been approved) we will begin work on your order, so any changes after this point will be subject to additional cost.

Your stationery order will be ready approximately 6-8 weeks from the date proofs are approved, upon which time we request settlement in full for your order. As soon as we receive your final payment we will then send your carefully packaged stationery to you − please let us know your preferred delivery address. All orders are dispatched with a courier so the package will have to be signed for. (Sometimes a work address may be more suitable).

How to Order

How long before my wedding date should I place my order?

At least 4 and a half months before your wedding date & if you have less than this time left please call and we will endeavor to help you out as best we can!

How do I know what quantities to order?

The general rule is 1 invite per couple or per family (household). For hand written stationary (Invites, place cards and thank you cards) it is advisable to order extra to allow for errors. Additionally you may find that some people cannot come and you may have a reserve guest list so it is a good idea to order more invites and RSVP cards. We cater for weddings of all sizes so there is no minimum requirement when you place your order.

What happens when I place an order?

Once you have filled in our Customer Order Form and paid a 50% deposit we will send you out a full set of proofs for your review and approval; this will be sent out within 10 days of your order being placed. It is extremely important that you carefully examine your proofs to ensure all spellings, punctuation, dates and times are correct. Please email Little Oak Designs immediately with any corrections. Once you are happy with your proofs please sign the back of each proof item and return to us.

When do I receive delivery of my stationery?

Your order will be ready approximately six to eight weeks from the date you approved your proofs. At this point we will contact you to confirm same and final payment should then be forwarded to Little Oak Designs. Upon receipt of final payment we will send your carefully packaged stationery to you − please let us know your preferred delivery address. (Sometimes a work address may be more suitable).
